Involvement in a in-depth review/update on the project management plan
Involvement in Governance arrangements and updates
Leading Psychological Safety initiative for the team.
Regular communication with the supply chain team and the customer on RFQs and Orders
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I generally enjoy my programme but it can be frustrating at times when I feel I am being limited by the title "apprentice"

I think it is very good knowledge and theory to underpin work in my role, but it is sometimes a bit irrelevant due to the specialisations in our company
