To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed rotating around different areas of the business and experiencing a wide range of roles. This has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills, and work with a range of stakeholders.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Skills developed include communication, stakeholder management, business finance, negotiation, presentation skills, managing & leading people, project management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My scheme has been structured in to four 12 month rotations. I have 20% study time each week which is designated for my university studies. Overall it has been well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have been supported over the course of my rotations with understanding and performing the role. I have also been supported with my studies and research for QA when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from training provider includes weekly lectures, drop in sessions for assignments, an academic support team, as well as support from a skills coach.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have been able to put learning from lectures and uni sessions in to practice, recognising key theories and feeding this in to my assignment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
