I enjoy my job a lot! From my team to the brands that I work with is amazing. I can't wait to start my training in June.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my time management and networking skills by receiving different tasks and having to manage priorities and also being able to meet people from the many different divisions there at L'Oreal.

Very organised as I have a timetable ready for my programme and get frequent updates from my HR contact.

I get a lot of support whether that be through social events and networking or the benefits that are given to us all.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes we have plenty of networking events and team events. For example, my team and I went to Sixes in Westfield where we played indoor cricket which was super fun!

Why?
The culture the company has to offer is amazing! Everyone I have met is super friendly and open to catch-up with you. There is so much support and positive energy when in the office.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to L'Oreal?
I would say be yourself during interviews and show how much you love the company by doing thorough research into their values and culture.
