3/5
I enjoy it fully de to the people I get to talk to everyday that aim to improve and boost my coding skills to new heights

3/5
I have developed my python and SQL skills through working with Jupyter notebooks on a daily basis

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
My program wasn't the best at the start. the courses we're not arranged at the right times and I often had to ask them to reschedule to to them being planned on bank holidays or when I was away. It required a lot of communication with my assessor to also see whether my coursework was marked as completed
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer to do well, especially considering I didn't come in with much experience at the start. I am always encouraged to take on courses when needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Mostly, the support that I receive I mostly ask for it. These questions include what additional learnings can i do through NatWest, what sources I can use for the questions as well.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I believe that my qualification allows me to understand different aspects of networking such as backend work, routers as well as front end and HTML. however, I do wish that we had more time to go into these topics with more depth
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are a lot of wok events at Natwest such as Flight club which invites employees for darts, drinks pizza and and more fun. There are as events such as he hackathon hat I attended last year which encouraged people to brainstorm on ideas to improve Natwest's UI. This is the event in which my team actually won second place which was incredible

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Their efforts for inclusivity and community across the bank is really inspiring . I love how I can walk in and get to know just about anyone there
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Just be yourself ad be confident. I was extremely nervous during y interview but they were completely understanding and looked towards my words and knowledge to do with HTML that I already had. Once got over the initial nerves I managed to talk more comfortably and I believe that was mostly due to the fact that my interviewer's (who would then go on to be my team members) were extremely friendly and forgiving.
