A huge amount of support and great communication between my employer and training provider! With regular meetings to discuss my progress and to outline how both parties can aid my development further
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well! The degree gives a good understanding of management from different aspects (HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Communications etc) to allow me to gain a wide variety of knowledge and skills needed for a management role !
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Many!! Including socials, team away days, clubs and groups, volunteering at grad and apprentice events! Etc!!
