Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Basic bookkeeping, a day to day would involve invoice processing, asking a ton of questions and occasionally doing more advanced work
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the exam taking process and studying, makes me feel like I am actually progressing in my career, but I don't like the other bits that need to be done, like the calls with bpp about the great british values etc. Feel like there is not always time for these

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
100%, everything I am doing now is new to me, including the use of excel, so I am learning so many new skills. Only skills I am really developing is my confidence with other people

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Relatively organised as there is a pathway that has been sent to me showing me when all my college and exam days are, but I feel like there is not any time for failure as if you do fail, youre pathway is messed up.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Plenty of support, not only from the employer, but fellow colleagues, I feel as if everyone understands that the exams are a priority
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
A lot, there are check-ups and and if I have any questions, I can ask in the app or website. The teachers are knowledgeable and nice and the education they provide is good and rich with information
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Honestly, I don't see the relation, I see my work as something completely different to my qualification. There is the occasional relation, such as what tax rates certain good and services are, but that is it
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Plenty, there are always networking events and at least once a month there is football amongst my colleagues. Occasionally there are team meals to catch up, and other social activities
