Data analysis using a range of databases and data extraction tools and presenting findings to SLT that will enhance business opportunity and drive commercial goals. We use visualisation tools and storytelling to craft a compelling narrative.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's fair to say, I'm not necessarily the target audience for this programme. Thus far, there has been less focus on the technical side, which is the content I want to engage with he most.

My nearly 2 decade career with LBG has presented many opportunities to learn a variety of skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

From an LBG side, great. From a provider side, it seems disorganised and needlessly ridged at times. Advance planning is poor, as physical attendance is mandatory, I expect to know well in advance the day I need to commit to for the year. That information is always last minute.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

LBG as a cooperate entity, little direct involvement. But they are clear to managers on the support expected to meet the programme obligations. My line manager is very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In session support is good. And out of term time programmes are available.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I desire to formalise my working experience with this qualification, there are aspect to the programme which may broaden my wider understanding and help in the future.
