To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's got a good balance of 1 day in uni a week then two days in the office and a day working from home so I do enjoy the flexibility

I've definitely developed my social skills including presenting skills because everyone is really nice at the office

They provide a lt of support and have an early careers team dedicated to helping us along our journey
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is support available and we have check in meeting every three months to review my progress but guidance around courseworks/assignments can be minimal at times
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it helps to hone my technical knowledge and things like perseverance and resilience when it comes to new modules.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are lots of communities within the company that you can join based on your interest e.g football, or christian group and you can arrange activities to do there. the company also has a sports day and plenty of networking events for apprentices and graduates
