Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
On a day-to-day basis we provide software and code solutions to projects that we are assigned to, attend daily scrum meetings along with other agile meetings in pertinence to this. Every day looks different with some days having more meetings than others.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy this programme as the company supports us to be innovative and perform to a high standard.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt many new skills, including technical skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I think that the structure of the programme is good. We do one day a week at University and the rest are our working days, which is different to the past structure of the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from the employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I feel as though sometimes the training provider can be vague about their requirements, especially with assignments. However, I would still say that they provide a lot of support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The qualification provides us with opportunities to develop technical skills towards our job role. There are also opportunities that help us learn what we want to specialise in for our career development.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There are resource groups which allow us to get involved at work.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Experian?
Be authentic. One of our values includes integrity - which you are able to show through being yourself!
