I am a Project Management Apprentice within the Innovation Team at TGB (Toyota GB).
My role involves the innovation of existing operations, products and services.
My day-to-day involves the management of project schedules, communication plans, presentation documents and spreadsheets for relevant project pilot data.

This programme reinforces the importance between the balance of working towards a university degree and working for the organisation. You are encouraged to learn about different areas of the organisation.

Not only have I learned how to create the various documents required for a project, but I have improved my skill of creative thinking.
I have also improved my presentation skills through training sessions and a voluntary forum to present to a select audience of managers.
