I support the Digital managers and Senior digital manager in delivering Digital marketing tactics whilst collaborating with the other marketing functions and extended business. My main priority is looking after Softcat.com website and advising on the strategy around this.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying this apprenticeship as it brings you together with others on the same course so you're not feeling isolated in your learning. I'm also learning a great deal

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt new skills and developed skills I already have. These include stakeholder management, reporting, understanding the digital channels and the digital marketing tactics for them.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say it is organised very well, giving us all our virtual classroom dates at the beginning of the course to give time to prepare

My apprenticeship mentor is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend him enough.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It definitely helps me perform better in my role as it gives me extra knowledge when planning campaigns etc. It also helps me think of new ways of working that my current day to day team hadn't thought of.
