I coordinate professional services engagements, manage resource scheduling and cancellation, organise internal and external meetings, record meeting minutes, monitor project progress, communicate with relevant stakeholders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my programme as it's broken down into smaller chunks of learning and consistent enough for me not to lose interest along the way.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have enhanced my current softskills, and learned about more aspects of project management that isn't something that I currently do on a day-to-day basis such as business case creation.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is nicely structured for the first half, as the second half is focused on the exam, the structure then become more reliant on self-discipline.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manager has regularly catch ups with me to check on progress, and joins quarterly meeting with training provider's tutor. My manager often checks in with me to ensure I have capacity for both work and study and try to help me balance it out.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

For majority of the programme, I have monthly catch ups with the tutor. Towards the preparation for exam, there are group sessions scheduled to help me prepare. There is opportunity to do mock exam.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me a lot to increase my confidence at work. It helped me to see the bigger picture and also relate to the same role but in other scenarios/industries.
