I work as the admin side of sales and help things like quote, orders, missing products and assisting the sales team in making GP
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

There is pros and cons to the apprenticeship, the main Pro would be t learning about the job as I have learnt LOADS, the con would definitely be the money unfortunately

The apprentice time per week could be a little bit more consistent/ prioritised, everything else is good.

Firebrand have been a little bit inconsistent with information provide and planning with Projects, overall the support as been provided

I would offer myself as a beam for support, assisting with problems or questions also help them network with people around the office.
