Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As an Accounting Assistant at Crowe LLP, I handle financial data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and assist auditors. My role involves maintaining the accounts and tax, communicating professionally, and tackling ad hoc tasks. The supportive culture at Crowe LLP makes this role fulfilling.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The programme is supportive. The college is helpful and my tutors help me along the way.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, the most important ones being making calculated judgements and attention to minute detail. My communication has also improved.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Well structured with dates for the next year or so. Also have a training plan with potential exam dates.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
As much as I need. I will get time to study and pressure taken off when i have exams.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Quite a lot as well. Kaplan has very structured hours and support to help me with my exams
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It definitely helps me get a better understanding of the work I am doing. It also helps me be more efficient and help other trainees.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, we have football every week almost. We do inter-branch games. We have loads of extra-curricular stuff (perhaps too much). So you have to choose which ones you do as it can be distracting otherwise.
