Performing existence and completeness testing, utilising audit methodology and client documentation to gain assurance over the authenticity of an entity’s transactions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning the AAT content and completing exams. Being able to utilise exam knowledge in my work, has become extremely useful.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is a clear pathway and timeframe of when training/tuition is given. There are clear deadlines of when I need to complete tasks, in order to progress in my programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Crowe offers a very good amount of support. They allow substantial amount of tuition and further time for studying before an exam.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

First Intuition are really good. They provide comprehensive resources and support in and out of tuition.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has strengthened my knowledge of accounting concepts and thus helps to tackle problems in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have social activities organised by the ‘social committee’ - (games night, laser quest, bowling, escape room) as well as organisation fundraising events such as Tough Mudder. There are small groups who organise sporting activities - Thursday football.

Excellent medium sized training firm. Supportive and inclusive. Provides a great apprenticeship programme with a clear progression pathway.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crowe UK?
Ensure to do your research into the values of Crowe and how you demonstrate these. Ensure to be personable and most of all yourself. Authenticity is important.
