Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I support the customer journey for the Managed Print Service from onboarding through to renewal by providing essential engagement back to customers at pivotal points.
• Internally I am available to all teams across Softcat with any service-related queries and documentation.
• Externally I provide support to customers transitioning into the service and throughout the service term.
