Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
helping members with their banking needs, business generation, customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoyed the first section of the apprenticeship despite there been 2 exams. The first part was interesting as I learnt all about banking. The section 2 was tedious, repetitive and boring. Not interested talking about my own development for 6-8 months.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
People skills, more confidence talking to customers and helping them with unstated needs. Time management - ensuring tasks are completed by deadlines managed by myself.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Organised once aboard. The introduction could be clearer to visualise how the course will progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Support wasn't really needed from my employers, I was given time to complete assignments
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Good support from BPP. Again clearer deadlines and course overview would be helpful, however my coach was great and supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Hugely better. I learnt all about different types of products, some which my employer don't offer. I feel more knowledgeable.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Nothing at all, again this would of made the course more appealing
