Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Coordinating and planning & carrying out training across the site plus any support roles linked to the training department, such as creating training documents. Also managing FLT authorisation etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was a good course but had problems with support for the first 9 months.

Various Cummins on line learning such as live it lead it and building success in others passed or working through

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was structured well but in the first 9 months support was not the greatest and I had a change of mentors which gave better guidance etc and helped me move forward
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had support and encouragement to carry on the course but it was hard to find time to get released to carry out the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
As mentioned earlier first 9 months very little and after a change of mentor a lot more and what I expected from the support team.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training was very helpful to me and helped me grow as a manager and a person.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I help out setting up charity football games for the workforce and people in the local community
