Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Assisting others working through projects. Completing e-learning via bud, qa and interskill. When its my turn I take on helpdesk duties for the week which includes solving tasks and incidents.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the content, however the program length is needlessly long.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is organised to a decent standard, however sometimes the content is released late, resulting in me rushing through it to complete it in time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I don't require any support from my employer for my apprenticeship but I know if I needed it, I would get it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support is at a decent level because we have dedicated providers and support leaders, however responses are inconsistent at times.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have received minimal training that actually relates to my role. Only one module has been relevant so far.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are apprentice council opportunities but there is not many social or sport teams advertised outside our team.
