It involves being out with the public helping provide business and people network and helping their businesses/homes have quicker speeds and so they can improve
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship more than I expected I would which is always a massive bonus, the work and the people I work with make the job a lot more enjoyable

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have definitely developed better people skills by being able to communicate with different people all the time through the job

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very organised I also had online work I had to do and that was very organised through calls and constant communication which made it very simple
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I always had support from my employer and if I ever needed help there was a lot of people that I could get in touch with for any questions or help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I always had support I just needed to contact the training provider personally and he would always reply with support if I had any issues
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Why?
Absolutely it is a brilliant place to work and everyone I have personally dealt with in BT has been great and very easy to communicate with and everyone helps each other which helps everyone improve and be better at their jobs
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
Just to be yourself and enjoy it, it is a great opportunity and it has really helped me as a person
