My role involves managing a small team of team leaders, who lead a bigger team of telephony agents in a contact centre.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am in the early stages of the programme but i am enjoying it a lot. the learning part of it isn't something that i have done for many years, and some types of learning are new to me
