I am responsible for the day to day management of the mobile core network, with a primary focus on on the operational tools that allow us to complete tasks such as change, performance and incident management

Poorly organised, there was great support from my immediate management in getting things done and organised. But when asking for support from the dedicated Apprenticeship team within BT they offered no support at all.
