To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Somewhat, there is not enough support or communication. Expectations are far beyond what is realistic whilst also working fulltime.

Not very, once you begin you are very much left alone. If you raise concerns they are not dealt with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Good support, however the tasks they ask you to complete often have 0 relevance to your role or industry and seem a waste of time.

Unless you are in London office, there isn't much going on in terms of extra curricular

Why?
Although there are some issues with the Programme, over all Aon are a great employer. The work life balance is great and everyone is kind and friendly. Chances for exposure are there.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
100% do it it is so worth it. Ask loads of questions and get stuck in. Everyone is supportive and will help you where they can.
