Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role on a day to day basis was mainly admin. I did most of the admin work that supported the team and then alongside this i would learn new things when the team had time to show me. I also used to do some apprenticeship work such as logging my hours and revising for my exams.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme, theres interesting things to learn about on a day to day. I have never not wanted to go into work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication, time management, team work skills. I have also learnt new skills such as presenting.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think its very organized and monitored, you have regular progress reports and they set goals for you to reach every couple of months to make sure you are on track to completing the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, my team and my manager. They are very supportive when it comes to sick days or just anything you may need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
You receive some support such as the regular progress meetings and if you fail an exam they can sort you out a coach for extra help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it helped me a bit in terms of understanding risk but it didn't really apply a lot to my role that i was in on a day to day basis.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There's loads of extra curricular activities and social events such as dancing classes and ping pong competitions.
