The programme is very easy to navigate and well structured. I have been very well supported by my coach with Lifetime Training and she has supported me through any questions or conerns about the programme. The programme is structured monthly, so you know what your tasks are both in the current and upcoming months, and is very easy to understand as they have set due dates and targets to achieve, making it inclusive and rewarding.
