My role includes the safety and care for Pre-school aged children and ensuring they have the best opportunities to thrive. Some of the daily jobs I complete are snack times, nappy changing, holistic activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I would recommend realise to anyone who likes to be hands on while learning and does not thrive in a classroom setting.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt an endless amount of new skills while working in a nursery alongside my apprenticeship, my confidence on helping children thrive has grown so much aftercovefing all aspects with my tutor. From volunteering in a nursery before starting my apprenticeship my skills have developed massively on interacting with the different ages and understanding of the ages and stages.

As some one who thrives when they are organised I think realise is the best option I could have chosen, my tutor catered to my organisation needs perfectly.

My qualification helps my performance a huge amount, I find myself relating back to discussions and webinars in different situations to help me get through them.

As a 21 year old wanting to pursue my dreams in childcare and being some one who struggles to thrive in a classroom I would highly recommend Realise it is well organised and has a huge support system!
