Carrying out programme based tasks within my allocated team, my line manager will designate tasks/ meetings for me to assist chairing to begin to have experience in managing contractors and liaising with clients.

My time management skills have definitely developed, completing university assignments and balancing this alongside with daily tasks pushed me to carefully plan out my week.

UCEM has been great in helping to balance out tasks with activities, my Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer (AOO) has been especially helpful in understanding where I need to develop more and who to approach if I feel I need more diversity in what I do.

With the specific construction in law elements, I've definitely seen a direct link in my day-to-day roles in managing client contractual obligations.
