Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Weekly analysis for stakeholders, adhoc reporting on customer complaints and surveys
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I really enjoy it, I think some of the residentials were a bit over-generalised, but I understand that is the nature of such programmes

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Every day i'm learning something new, from stakeholder management, storytelling, visualisation and all the skills required to be a great analyst

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
It could have been better structured, this is more on the Firebrand end of things, than on my employer
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Whenever i've needed support, i've been able to ask for it and received it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
They have been very directed towards supporting me in this regard.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
As for this aspect, I mentioned about things being a bit too generalised. This has meant that i still feel very much in the learning process, even after basically completing the gateway process...
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I'm very involved with side-of-desk activities, i've hosted events throughout my time at Lloyds and will be hosting another next week.
I have joined many of our networks to support wherever and however I can, even if it's just going to events and publicising what we do through writeups on Linked In.
