Im an engineering looking after a section of the project roughly covering 1/5 of the job - i work with the subcontractors and manage the install of the project within my section
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The project programme asks for a lot of a lean team - which in turn can make the day to day very stressful
The team i work with have a good relationship so we manage what we can do but it does get a bit hectic

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Due to the minimal resource on the project and lean team the programme does change however the organisation of it and structure is very easy to follow
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I think at times the support for the day to day is satisfactory however the support for the actual apprenticeship is minimal - leaving the apprentices to their own devices without much direction to follow - Luckily i have a manager who speaks up when he notices that theres no support

Why?
I think outside of the apprenticeship in a future role i would recommend - however for the actual apprenticeship i would not recommend due to what i have encountered

Make sure to fully understand the requirements of the apprenticeship before joining
