we change job roles every 3 month and start working in different departments to gain a broader range of experience within the plant.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
some rotations are enjoyable as they are jobs/ roles that i am interested in long term, some job roles feel un-necessary and we are just there for the sake of it it feels like.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
have learned many new skills as we constantly change departments that we are working in so there is always new things to learn in here

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
wouldn't say it was well organised at all to be honest, weve had to move colleges, constantly not sure where our next rotations are etc, very little support but it has got a lot better since Neil took over.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
a decent amount if we go looking for it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
none really
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
depending what department we are in some stuff does help, however some units at college have absolutely nothing to do with what we do at work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
a few
