As a Project Manager, you must manage risks, issues and dependencies that arise, manage your project timelines and work to that timeline aiming to complete the project on time.
Daily you host scrum calls with the dev/test/design team to ensure they have all they need. Here they can raise any issues or concerns with you.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is great but it is really hard to manage both your full time job alongside your uni work. You need a strict timetable to make sure you get your assignments done on time.
Despite this, i would go back and do it all over again becuase of what I have learnt and gained whilst getting this qualification

The programme is well organised with regular communication occurring between our employer and the MMU to ensure we are getting all we need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Our employer provides us with a talent coach who is with us throughout the 4 year apprenticeship. They are there to support and guide us if we are struggling.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The team at MMU are really good at responding to emails or teams messages when you have a question.
They provide many ways in which you can get support with your assignments as well.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some parts of the degree merge really well with my role as a Project Manager so it has been really useful and helpful in both my job, being able to understand more deeply what my role is, and in my uni assignments, my job role helped me achieve some great grades.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes Radbroke have lots of different extracurricular activities, we have: an on-site gym, sports teams, regular networking events, and fun activities to get involved with after and during work.

They are a great employer and really seek to make your time on the apprenticeship as simple as possible through all the support they provide.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
If applying to the degree apprenticeship, then make sure you don't leave your assignments to the last minute! Start early and get them done before the deadline.
