Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend NatWest Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It is a great company to work for. Amazing working culture and purpose that everybody lives by. Slight downside is the apprentice's pay as it is rather at the low end. However, this should change once the apprenticeship is completed and we are placed within our permanent roles as Data Analysts.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Be yourself, challenge yourself, go for it.
