Everything is planned out in advance, and is very well communicated to the participants. Being able to simultaneously attend university while having a placement job is great for development.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is constant support available for you throughout the course. There is always somebody you can go to if you have any issues, and these are resolved in a timely manner.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university provides many revision sessions to make sure that you are as prepared as possible when going into exams in the summer
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Most things that you learn through the course in university are applied practically in the workplace, and by using these skills on a daily basis during placement your knowledge of these areas is developed further
