Being in the office with colleagues and conversing on tasks to be done that day, deadlines coming up and independently completing own tasks with assistance from team members and daily team catch ups
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Great experience despite the responsibility, late nights working overtime and how different it is from university life but very enjoyable.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes, using excel ive increased my confidence, being new to the PwC tools such as Aura and connect i feel much more confident with them now, i have also developed my people skills from reaching out and connecting with others in the office, outside my team and business unit.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

very well structured, go on placement and then back to university, only wish there was more time between end of placement and start of exams
How much support do you receive from your employer?

lots, being assigned a buddy and career coach, for me i had a supportive team and knew who to go to if i was struggling or needed support

there have been some social activities on team signings or before the audit kicked off we were taken out for breakfast for team bonding and morale
