Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Day-to-day I would work on reports, I would track items and do general operational work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
Overall, I haven't enjoyed the programme as much as I thought I might have. I found the exams really stressful, and haven't grown as much as I thought I would.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
I have developed my Microsoft package skills, my operational and administrative skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I believe the programme itself is well organised, shown in regular calls with coach.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Regarding the apprenticeship I didn't feel as much help as needed was received from my employer. Don't get me wrong we were given time to revise but it felt very pressured.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
More support could have been provided by my training provider I think. This is because we were only given certain guidance, which wasn't really outside of the box.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
To be honest what I have learnt in my training programme doesn't help me too much in my role. The main skill that is transferrable is time management.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, back in the summer I joined a five-a-side football team.
