I work on various pension schemes for different clients and help trustees provide the best advice to the members of the scheme.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Due to the nature of the work I am involved in many different things at the same time which has helped me learn a lot and enjoy the programme. Being involved in many different things keeps the work life exciting as you are still learning something new everyday.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have had a chance to work on my communication skills and team working skills as well as developing my soft skills such as IT and time management.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The dates for workshops/reviews are set on the learning platform as well as our weekly work dates. So, the structure is perfect and helps me keep on top of my work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everyone is extremely helpful on any questions i have - apprenticeship or work related. We also get time off to study before exams.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. Happy to have calls and discuss goals together.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is providing me with a better understanding of how the consultancy business works and helps me I can apply that to my work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have work socials as a way to get to know each other more. We also have work lunches and networking sessions with other offices too to help us expand our network.
