I have learnt a lot and grown throughout this program both in the work place and as a person.

Learnt how to complete presentations and present in front of people
Learnt how to deal with clients
Learnt how to write emails and structure them
Learnt about reinsurance in aviation especially

How much support do you receive from your employer?
They are also flexible with having days off.
They give you opportunities to meet clients and go out with clients on days out.
