I enjoy it very much, I enjoy the freedom and independence. I have had the chance to prove my self by being responsible which makes me feel more confident.

JavaScript skills, communication and I have gained a lot of confidence. I have also learned to be more collaborative when working in a team.

5/5
It’s very organised and structured, even when changes are made the changes are small and I am immediately informed about it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A lot
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
Not a lot to be perfectly honest, my teacher barely does anything, half of the time he’s fixing one of his instruments while we are confused.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Not at all, I have not been taught anything good by Calderdale college to be perfectly fair. But the opportunity to work at lloyds is superb.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Not that I know of, however I have heard about networking events but have not been invited to any so far.
