Look after 13 pubs and their respective Managers and team, responsible for health & safety, legal, licensing, recruitment and relations, financial and KPI performance of those 13 businesses.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It’s been great, the lecturers, faculty and support team are extremely helpful and it’s good to get away from the day job.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes absolutely, it has been great being exposed to academic theory and writing and seeing how this supports my experience over the years in my career. I have developed lots of my skills and behaviours such as communication, time management etc.

Huge amount, they support time needed and expenses to make it happen, they can be very supportive when you might struggle to manage workload.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

MMU, the lecturers, faculty and support team are extremely understanding of our day jobs and provide flexibility and support when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
