To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have enjoyed the away days on the programme. They have been engaging and it has been really good being able to work with different teams in the business. It has given an insight into how different areas of the business run and how if we work together we can support each other better.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I am at the early stages of my apprenticeship and so far I have learned about Discovery Insights and the colour energies, commercial awareness and what this involves, time management, communication and how to communicate with the different colour energies and finance and how what we do as managers has an impact financially.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme has been structured well although it's been frustrating that some of the away day sessions have been booked in the school holidays which is difficult if you have children. When we have been away at the training days, the days are well organised and the activities are structured well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have a lot of help and support from my employer. As my employer also delivers apprenticeships they understand what we need to for the qualification. I have help from my line manager when i need it and I also have a dedicated coach who helps me with what tasks I need to do and my reflective journals
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have a lot of help and support from my training provider as they are also my employer. They understand what we need to for the qualification and provide away days to be away from work and concentrate on the learning. I also have a dedicated coach who helps me with what tasks I need to do and my reflective journals
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It's early days but already it's helping me understand how different people work through using the colour energies. talking to people across different teams has helped me to understand how we can try new things that have worked elsewhere in the business but I didn't know about. I think it will help my confidence
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
As part of my apprenticeship we go to away days in Sheffield that are interactive, we get to stay over and work alongside others. There is a spa and a pool there we can use also. We also have company events at work and they do let us get involved in social values activities if they're in our area.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Realise to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend Realise to a friend as it is a really good place to work. We have behaviours instead of values which develop a really good culture. We are also given opportunities to develop in our careers and learn new things. Our team gets together for wellbeing days to make sure we are all happy at work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?
I would say to research the company and make sure you look at Realise's history as well as all of Realise's successes and partners we work with. Also have a look into the behaviours and see if you are the right fit for the Realise culture. It's a great place to work
