Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Learning about different roles and the entire detailed process of how each discipline fits together with others within the company. This alongside the skills and theories learnt through university classes provides an overall experience of what it means and the knowledge used in my role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the thoughtfulness that goes into the final design drafts, and the extent in which you're allowed to gain inspiration from and implementing your own creativity in your work and assignments. The workflow is detailed and has purpose

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
User Research methods, presentation skills, creating appendices, organising written work transferred to low and high fidelity prototypes in appropriate software, planning (time, sessions, storyboards)

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The structure is great, the amount of time in each session, the amount of sessions we get for each unit and the feedback sessions are taken into consideration. Getting slides before the sprint, and a reading list would be good step forward also
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer is very supportive, when I'm behind I am allowed extra time during the work week and I have weekly check-ins
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
A lot, would prefer not to be emailed on the weekend as it feels overwhelming
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It is allowing me to know my role in my job, in-depth and allow for learnt practices to be implemented thoroughly
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Lots of social activities when organised and lots of opportunities to get involved in professional networking. Would like to get more involved in sports in the future
