Whilst I’m learning expectations are still low which allows me to grow my knowledge and gain confidence.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I’ve developed both a mix of Work and Personal skills such as Design , Ethics , Stakeholder Management, Presenting and research since joining my job in 2022
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
However at work , there are 11 other apprentices which has meant our programme has been poorly planned on various different stages. There was a lack of a plan when entering in 2022.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I’ve also never had a bad experience with anyone I work with , everyone is super friendly and keen to let apprentices grow their knowledge by giving them opportunities to learn and develop.
