Fabricator Review

In my job role I make and put together job pieces to the correct sizes, shapes and angles

The programme is not as organised or structured as it could be and I think they need to have a looked at everything and try to sort it out. We should also get time out of the workshop to do our written work so the people that can’t really do it at home have a chance to do it I am one of these because by the time we finish then when I get home it’s nearly six o’clock and I just want to unwind from the day not do few more ours of work

At the moment I’m not sure that there is the right amount of support from them because some people might be struggling with work and might not want to talk to the people at college about it they might want to talk to someone from the actual company

There is more that the training provider could do to help when we are working towards our qualifications instead of making us do workshop every single day apart from classroom learning day and Friday they could make sure we have a day a week to do some of our written work to make sure none of us are stressing out about it

I think it will really help in the future because when we are learning it is stuff we need to know for our job role down the line
