Completing maintenance on systems based on a shedule
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The job I'll get at the end is good, the apprentice program is a laughable mess. The leadership only pay lip service to feedback and there is a pervasive attitude of 'its not my job'. This leaves power vaccumes that are filled by people who have no business managing anything and think themselves one step short of gods

The only person who seemed to care was fired and the new structure for the apprenticeship delivery team required them to hire people with no understanding of the businesses, industry or apprentice program

I would recommend working there but avoid the apprentice scheme at all costs
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock International Group?
Get your quads elsewhere and get a job afterwards with Babcock. You are literally paid more for the first 3 years by coming in from external that completing an apprenticeship with them
