To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

PwC is a great employer and they actually listen to feedback and concerns given by apprentices. I feel I am valued and I do meaningful work so overall I really enjoy the programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am continuing to improve my soft and technical skills. I have developed skills in HTML, CSS, Google Apps Script, Javascript. I am continually upskilling in full stack development through courses paid by the employer as well as through education.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The onboarding process was smooth.
I would say the structure of the programme is good. I don't see any concerns and PwC is always trying to improve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

PwC offers great support for apprentices. I am assigned a buddy and a talent coach for my support network.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The skills on the job are always going to be more transferable, however the digital and technology solutions is more applied to business which is a plus for work-first apprentices.
