Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Within my role we are doing alot of planning and reporting. We are looking at previous figures and documenting them then presenting them to finance business partners showing them the story of previous months figures. We are creating reports and finalising figures.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thorughtly enjoy my programe the people in my team are super helpful and friendly alog with the learning being challenging its interesting to be emersed in it. My team have also been super helpfull not only at the on the job learning but also helping with my qualifacation.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learn so many new skills since begining my apprenticeship, The range of skills i have learnt is also very vast from basic excel skills to knowledge on the job and accounting. Many skills are transferable which will help me in my next placement.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programe is structured well i am having college lessons with super helpful tutors who are enthusiastic and always willing to help. seeing them have such a passion for the subject really helps with staying engaged thrught the lessons.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been really good with supporting me and my new studdies they are always willing to help with the questions i have and also giving my my dedicated time to focus on my 20% apprentice allowance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my training provider are helpful with support i have had a few meetings with my talent coach and she is always happy to respons to my emails when i have a question. I do think that it may be better to have more regular catchups structures arround my studdying.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I can definetly see links from my qualifacation to my job role. I belive as i continue further into my studdies i will see more links not only between the studies but between the studdies and my job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My Office are really good at having social events to get to know my colligues outside of worl to therefore strengthen the relationships within work. I am also part of a fun and charity group where we meet regularly to discuss how we can arrnage events for colligues to take part in alongside raising monney for a charity.

Why?
I belive they really care about ther employees and look after them well. My have also been super welcming to me joining which i was a bit nervous being a young person being in the workplace for the first time.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
Apply for a job yoou have a passion for, be prepaired to work hard and be dedicated and bring as much of yourself to the appication as possibe so they can see hwo you are as a person.
