Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

So during our time at Lloyds, we get givens sets of data in excel and have to use software systems like Tableaux and Power BI to analyse and display certain stories.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the laid back yet efficient approach of the lloyds banking environment.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Ive learned how to use Power BI, Tableaux and excel and i have learned about data literacy and 2.7/5 something i cant remember

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There were some technical issues and difficulties for the first few days that caused big delays in learning, however we got back on track eventually
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They gave us free laptops to use, staff to speak to and get help from, quiet and friendly working environments and generous amounts of break.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

None, i havent spoken to any member of the college since i got to lloyds
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

They gave me the key skills and knowledge I needed to get into lloyds and not be completely and utterly lost and useless.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Theres a pool table for anyone and everyone to use for free, so that was pretty fun.
