With PwC there are many pathways for software engineers to go down. I am responsible for building, maintaining and testing software with mainly internal customers but can also be external.

During my time at PwC so far I have gained many new skills and PwC has provided me with a lot of training to help me grow and develop.

Overall it is well structured. Some teams/ pathways require more training which PwC coaches you through and provides you with said training.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We are supported a lot throughout the program. Upon Joining you are provided with a career coach and a skills coach to help you progress and support you through any issues you may have.
