My role involves liaising with both contractor and clients to deliver projects to high standard ensuring cost, time and delivery are all considered during the project life cycle.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme in how there is a wide amount variety everyday. I also enjoy working on variety of projects all having different requirements and aims

I have developed my communication skills and learned how to communicate effectively when working remotely. I have also developed my problem solving skills tackling a range of challenges and how to achieve the desired outcome.

The programme is very well organised and has effective support in place through workplace training which provide you with effective skills to support your development in both the workplace and study.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support you received is excellent from line manager are required to have regular communication to ensure that you are supported effectively and have no concerns or queries. The emerging talent team are also available to speak to regarding any queries and ensure you are supported effectively.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When working towards your professional qualifications your training provider is required to have a review every 12 weeks to ensure that your are all okay and have effective support in-place.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training provider help to provide me with effectively knowledge and understanding of different topics which can be applied to my day job and helps to provide me with a large skills set.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have regular event where everyone gets together to catch up and discuss projects and other issue. There are also regular professional event helping to develop knowledge and understanding in different areas.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace?
Do your research of the role and Mace generally so that you have a good amount of knowledge when applying. Also ensure you full understand the requirements of the role and requirements of the training provider.
