My role involves the management of complex healthcare projects on a live hospital site. This involves, chairing project meetings, visiting sites, reporting to client, engaging stakeholders, managing design phases and construction phases. Currently working on civils projects, infrastructure upgrades, ward refurbs, asbestos removal
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is engaging and the modules on the whole are interesting, the internal Mace sessions are sometimes disappointing and don't always feel like an effective use of time, when i have busy projects on site .

The knowledge that i have developed through attainment of qualification has been beneficial to my day to day job. I.E. construction and commercial knowledge, Buidling regs and H&S

Many external opportuinities, NFL( North future leaders), regular socials with project team. Currently no spotrts teams in the North
